This is one of the largest build to rent developments outside of London and a major boost to our focus on growing our private rental sector portfolio.

The development comprises of 614 new private rented homes, along with commercial and amenity space in five individual blocks over ten storeys. With its close proximity to Manchester city centre & Media City UK, Clippers Quay is a highly regarded development within the North-West region.

The scheme is of a scale that will enable Grainger, the UK’s largest listed residential property owner and manager, to implement its full-service private rental model.
